1) Brand NEW---1317 N. Madison Street---(READY NOW)—Turn around and go through the traffic light on Madison street to Broad Street, by the downtown post office. Turn left onto Broad Street. Go across a set of railroad tracks to the stop sign. Go through the stop sign and turn right on the dirt road next to Southern pecans. The house will be down on your left. Parking is around back. Even though the house is in the dirt road, you can take short Broad Street over to Vine Street and Turn left. Go past the dirt road of Short North Madison Street and turn in the drive to the left. There are several houses in this area,. Used to be called sunny land packing housing. This house has been totally remodeled with brand new plumbing, electrical, and Central heating and cooling. This house is in the Carroll Hill area of town and very close to the Dairy Queen on Madison Street.
 

3) 108 Dixon Lane-- Turn around and go to the traffic light of Madison Street and Monroe Street. Turn right. Go 4 traffic lights and turn right onto Remington Avenue. Immediately take a left onto Fletcher Street. Go out Fletcher Street for about 1 mile and look for Dixon Lane on your left. Go down Dixon lane a couple of houses and this house is a green house on your right.
 

4) 223 South College Street: Turn around and go to the traffic light of Madison Street and Monroe Street. Turn right. Go 4 traffic lights and turn right onto Remington Avenue. Immediately take a left onto Fletcher Street. Go through the traffic light and come to the next street at the four way stop sign. Turn left. House will be on your left. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathhouse with gas space heaters.
 

5) 203 Wall Street: Go down one block to Stevens Street and turn right. Go out Stevens Street for approximately ½ mile to Walcott Street. Turn left, cross the railroad tracks, and turn right onto Martin Luther King Boulevard. Next Street to your left will be Wall Street. Turn left onto Wall Street.
 

6) 117 Dowdell Street Turn around and go to the traffic light of Madison Street and Monroe Street. Turn right. Go 4 traffic lights and turn right onto Remington Avenue. Immediately take a left onto Fletcher Street. Go out Fletcher Street to Dowdell Street on your right. Turn right. Third house on the right should be 117 Dowdell Street.
 

7) 411 Park Avenue- Turn around and go through the traffic light on Madison and Monroe. At the next traffic light of Broad Street, you would take a right. Go across the railroad tracks on Broad Street close to the chamber of commerce. Keep on Broad Street until you see Grant Street on your left. Turn left onto Grant Street (Hospitality Care nursing home is across the street from where Grant comes into Broad). At the end of the block at the stop sign, turn right. Second house on your left.
 

8) 504 Wolfe Street---go down one block to North Stevens street and turn right. Go one block to west Clay Street and turn left. Go to the traffic light at the corner of Martin Luther King Blvd and turn right. Go one block and turn left onto Wolfe street. There is a technical school on this street. Go to 504 Wolfe Street. The house is blue and will be on your right.

9) 609 Gordon Avenue—OCCUPIED and shown by appointment only at least 24 hours in advance out of respect to the current tenants, as they are packing and getting ready to move. Go out Gordon Street close to the hospital. House will be on your left.
 

10) 806 Fletcher Street-- Turn around and go to the traffic light of Madison Street and Monroe Street. Turn right. Go 4 traffic lights and turn right onto Remington Avenue. Immediately take a left onto Fletcher Street. Go out Fletcher Street 806 Fletcher Street. The windows are boarded up because whenever a house is vacant, there are vandals, who may throw rocks at the windows.

11) 208 Lucy Street-Turn around and go down Monroe Street through Madison street light, through Broad street light until it comes to Hansell Street. Turn right onto Hansel Street. Follow Hansell Street under the underpass and turn left at the top of the hill. Once you have taken a left, immediately turn right onto Grady Street. Lucy Street is the next street past 408 Grady Street. House is down on the right.

12) 515 Pine Street Go south on Monroe Street to Pine Street at the dead end. Turn right. Go three or four blocks to 515 Pine. This house will be totally remodeled with new central heat and air, new vinyl siding, and many other newly renovated things.

13) 103 South Love Street—Turn around and go to the traffic light at Madison and Monroe Street. Turn right. Go three traffic lights and turn left onto Jackson Street. Go out East Jackson Street for 5 blocks and this house is on the corner of Love Street and Jackson Street.
 

14) 323 East Jerger Street: Turn around and go through the traffic light on Madison and Monroe. Go north until you see Dawson Street, Turn left onto Dawson Street. Go through that traffic light and Jerger Street is about 3 streets or blocks down. Turn right onto East Jerger Street. The house will be the second house on your left.

15) 215 Bennett--- Turn around and go to the intersection of Madison and Monroe. Turn right. Go 5 traffic lights to Smith Avenue. Turn left onto Smith Avenue. Go out Smith Avenue until you see Bennett Street. This will be the street right before getting to the farmer’s market main entrance at the traffic light..

17) 603 Gordon Avenue - Turn around and go through the traffic light on Madison and Monroe Streets. Turn right on Broad Street, the next light up Monroe by the post office. Go out Broad Street until you cross the railroad tracks. Be in your right lane because you will take a right and stay left on Gordon Avenue. This house is directly behind the pediatric center on Gordon.

18) 314 Park Avenue—Turn around and go up Monroe Street two blocks to Broad Street. Go out Broad Street passing the Camellia Gardens nursing home. Turn left just past Camellia Gardens and across the street from hospitality care nursing home onto Grant Street. Go to the stop sign and turn left onto Park Avenue. Two houses down are your left is 314 Park Avenue; this is the building behind 312 Park Avenue, which is a two story building. 314 Park is small apartment house behind 312 Park Avenue.

19) 304 Old Albany Road—Turn around and go to the traffic light at the corner of Madison Street and Monroe Street. Turn left onto Madison Street. Go over the over pass to the fork in the road where Georgia 3 turns to the right. Go right on Georgia 3 or old Albany road. This house is down on the right four or five house, up on a hill. This house is right next to the old Sunnyland offices.
 

20) 213 Mulberry Street- turn around go to traffic light and Monroe and Madison street. Turn right. Go four traffic lights and turn right on Remington Avenue. Make immediate left at fork onto Fletcher Street. Go out Fletcher Street to Mulberry Street on the right. Turn right on Mulberry Street and house is on right.
 

22) 403 Gribben Street- Turn around go to traffic light at Madison and Monroe. Go three traffic lights and turn right onto Jackson Street. Go out West Jackson Street to Martin Luther King Blvd. Turn right. Three streets down on right is Gribben Street, turn right, house is forth house on right.
 

23) 702 Gordon Avenue (Occupied and shown by appointment only): Turn around and go through the traffic light at Madison and Monroe to the next traffic light, which is Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad Street. Go through downtown and cross the railroad tracks. Turn right onto Gordon Avenue. This will not be the hard right but more of the straight right. This is Gordon Avenue. Go out Gordon Avenue to 702 Gordon. There is a small alley that runs beside this house. This house is currently occupied and shown by appointment only. This house will be available the first of October 2007. This house is on your right.
 

24) 1003 Oriole Drive--- (Occupied, shown by appointment only 24 hours in advance notice to tenant, out of respect to the tenant) Turn around and go to the traffic light at Madison Street and Monroe Street. Turn left onto Madison Street. Go one block to Clay Street and turn right onto Clay Street. Go out East Clay Street to Glenwood Drive. Turn left onto Glenwood Drive. Go out Glenwood Drive approx 2 miles and turn right onto Oriole Drive. This house will be the second house (counting the house on the corner of Glenwood and Oriole) on your left.

25.) 155 Timber Ridge—Turn around and go to the traffic light at Madison and Monroe Streets. Turn right. Go 5 traffic lights and turn left onto Smith Avenue or highway 84 continues. Go out Smith Avenue to Highway 19. Take highway 19 North to Timber ridge drive. Turn right onto timber ridge (at La Fogata’s Mexican restaurant) . Go approx 1/ 10’th of a mile and the house will be on your left.

26) 230 Rosedale Drive--- Turn around and go to the traffic light at Madison and Monroe Streets. Turn right. Go 5 traffic lights and turn left onto Smith Avenue or highway 84 continues. Next traffic light is Broad Street. Turn right onto Broad Street. Go out Broad Street to Mimosa Drive. Turn right onto Mimosa Drive. Go two blocks to Rosedale and turn right. House will be on your left. Green house.

27) 328 Jones Street—FOR SALE OR FOR RENT----Turn around and turn Right at the traffic light of Madison Street and Monroe Street. Go three traffic lights and turn right onto West Jackson Street. Go out west Jackson Street to the second set of railroad tracks and turn left just before crossing the second set of RR. Then take another immediate left onto Jones Street. Go three blocks and the house will be on your right. We are putting brand-new vinyl siding on the house this week.

28) 403 Gribben Street-----Turn around and take a right at the traffic light onto Madison Street.  Go three blocks to West Jackson Street.  Turn right like you are going towards Tallahassee.  Go to the second set of railroad tracks and veer off to the right.  Go one block to Law Street. Turn right.  Go one block to Gribben Street.  Turn left onto Gribben Street.  House is on the corner of Law and Gribben.

29) 424 Junius Street---Turn around and go through the traffic light of Madison Street and Monroe to the next traffic light by the post office. Turn right onto Broad Street.. Take Broad Street and cross a set of railroad tracks. Veer to the right onto Gordon Avenue right after crossing the RR. Go out Gordon Avenue to the second set of four way stop signs. This is Junius Street. Turn right. The house is down on the next corner on the right. It is a yellow house. The house is on the corner of Junius street and Rosedale Avenue.

30) 426 Colton Avenue-- Turn around and go through the traffic light at Madison and Monroe to the next traffic light, which is Broad Street.  Turn right onto Broad Street.  Go through downtown and cross the railroad tracks.  Keep straight onto Broad Street to the next traffic light.  Turn left at the traffic light, which is Hansell Street.  Go two blocks and turn right onto Colton and veer to the left.  This is Colton Avenue.  The house will be down on your right.  This house needs some remodeling before we can rent it.  But with at least the rent amount paid in full, we can get it ready within one week.


 


We meet all persons at the office of 209 West Monroe Street, unless there are other arrangements made for you to meet the tenants that occupy the house or apartment. We are centrally located one block from the downtown post office, one block from the library, and one block from the Thomas County Courthouse on Monroe Street. Our office is right off of Highway 84 or Madison Street. We are right across the street from Singletary Tire Service, Tom Horne Supply, Horne Candy Company.

The price listed is the reduced price. We try our best to list houses whether they have central heat and air or not. Unfortunately, not all houses have central hear and air. Sometimes we list them as central heat and air, and they do not have it. Therefore, keep this in mind when actually looking at the property. You are renting the house no matter how it is heated and or with air. We are in no way listing something with Central heat and air trying to steer you to making a decision or not making a decision. Again, you have to make your own judgment where or where not you would like to live and the niceness of the house. We try our best to be as informative as possible on our rentals, but unfortunately, there are people that find a loophole in anything. Show respect by not going on the property of those specified as OCCUPIED.
